acceptable location, disappointing experience
constant noise pushy staff
the location proved convenient, situated very close to the station.
The air conditioning emitted a constant whistling noise, greatly diminishing my comfort. the rooftop bar added twelve phantom drinks to my bill. After an extensive dispute, the manager intervened and adjusted it. i also found their method of soliciting reviews pushy, as staff incessantly requested them after every minor task.

train station staff friendliness breakfast variety whistling noise small motel dirty mesh
the location was quite convenient, close to the train station. breakfast had a good variety. the staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. i found this to be a plus .
the air conditioning made a constant whistling noise while running. i found this to be annoying and it disrupted the overall comfort. the lobby seemed more like a small motel. the pool area seemed disgusting with old dirty mesh covering the pool area.

attentive staff public transport fresh produce
the staff was very attentive . the location is great, close to shopping and public transport. i found the breakfast very delicious with a great selection of fresh produce and varied choices each day.
The pool area is small. This was a slight disappointment.

The front desk staff was efficient during check-in, very helpful and eager. breakfast service included several staff members. They ensured every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. i appreciated their attention to detail.

the hotel is near both the bts asoke station and the mrt sukhumvit station. a 7-eleven store is next to the hotel. terminal 21 shopping centre is nearby, as are many massage options.

Nice Stay with Really good Service!
convenient location diverse selection good omelets efficient staff
I found the location convenient. It's very close to public transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection. Rose, the chef, prepared good omelets each morning! The front desk staff members were friendly and efficient.
The air conditioning system in my room produced a persistent whistling sound. It did affect the overall comfort, and I had to get used to it!

My Family Room featured ample space and cleanliness. Complimentary water bottles, coffee, and toiletries were provided. The room's design promoted relaxation after long days.
